What we collect and why.
Contact form.
When you use our contact form, we process the details you provide - name, company, email address, and your message - solely to respond to your inquiry and handle the resulting communication. Submissions are processed through our website provider, Squarespace, and delivered to our email system operated by Google. We do not use these details for advertising and do not share them with third parties beyond the processors named here.
Server logs and cookies.
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, Inc. When you visit the site, Squarespace processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access times to deliver the site securely. Squarespace may set technically necessary cookies.
Web analytics.
We use Google Analytics in a minimal configuration to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics cookies are set only in accordance with your cookie choices on this site. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings, and you can additionally prevent tracking with the browser tools Google provides.
Legal bases.
We process contact data to take steps at your request prior to entering into an engagement and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries; analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent. Where Swiss (nDSG), EU (GDPR), or Korean (PIPA) data protection law applies to you, these bases apply accordingly.
Retention.
Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, and are deleted when no longer required, unless retention obligations apply. Analytics data is retained according to the configured retention period in Google Analytics.
Your rights.
Depending on applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, write to conversation@deecx.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Changes.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our processing or in the law; the current version is always available on this page.
